Monroe is a City in motion and continues to grow. It is our goal to keep the public informed of all new development projects coming to Monroe. A condition district rezoning development consisting of 360 apartment units and commercial space to include indoor storage facility and a hotel to be constructed on 27.53 acres. Located off Lacee Paige Rd. in the southeast corner of N. Rocky River Rd. and the Monroe Expressway.
