Effective March 1, 2016, a convenience fee of 2.5% or $2.00, whichever is greater, will be charged on all card transactions. A 65¢ flat rate fee applies to all eCheck transactions. The City of Monroe does not receive this fee. The total fee goes directly to a third party for using this service.
