Our mission is to provide a clean, healthy, and safe environment for those who live and work in the City of Monroe.
Code Enforcement is responsible for enforcing public health nuisances, minimum housing, illegally parked cars, graffiti, illegal home occupations, illegal signs, and probationary rental occupancies. We are committed to taking an active role in abating these nuisances and in serving as an instrument for building a sense of community pride and involvement.
