Committee Application

Applications are reviewed by the Citizens Appointment Committee for recommendation to City Council.

This application is a public record in accordance with Chapter 132 of the North Carolina General Statutes.  The application and all of the information contained within it may be disclosed in connection with a public records request.  The application will be kept in active status for one year from date of application.

Applicant must attend at least two Committee Meetings of interest within one year prior to submitting application before application will be considered.
