Public Awareness Survey 2023

The City of Monroe's Energy Services Department will be conducting a public awareness survey through a 3rd party vendor beginning on or around October 30 and lasting approximately one month or less.  

City of Monroe Natural Gas customers and non-customers may receive automated phone calls from Blue Otter Solutions, asking them to participate in the survey via pre-recorded audio. 

The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the City of Monroe Natural Gas Division's public awareness program. The City is required to conduct this type of effectiveness review every four years. 

If you receive a call like this, your participation in the survey is highly encouraged and greatly appreciated as your input will help to improve services offered to City residents. 

Please note that any calls asking for your personal information like social security numbers, birthdays and driver's license numbers, or any unsolicited calls asking for payment or credit card information may be a scam. The public awareness survey will not ask for specific personal information or payment.
