The City of Monroe Water Resources Department has published its 2023 Annual Wastewater Performance Report.
This report provides an overview of our wastewater system performance as well as important information regarding what the City does to maintain sewer lines and what customers can do to help in this effort.

Protecting the environment is a top priority for the Water Resources Department. We are committed to providing quality wastewater services to our customers in an environmentally conscious and cost-effective way.
The North Carolina Clean Water Act requires wastewater service providers to publish annual reports for availability to customers.
Copies may also be picked up at the following locations:
