City of Monroe to Observe Independence Day Holiday

The City of Monroe's administrative offices will be closed Tuesday, July 4, for the Independence Day holiday.

There will be no solid waste collection on July 4. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday customers will be on a one-day delay.

Emergency services are always available by calling 911.
