Incentives were developed by the City of Monroe in conjunction with the Monroe Downtown Master Plan to play an important role in revitalizing and promoting growth in the City’s center.

Rocko’s Italian Deli is located at 104 S. Main Street and will offer an array of sandwiches/subs, salads, pizzas, pasta and baked goods. Rocko's is expected to open soon.
