2021 City of Monroe Citizens Academy

The City of Monroe is currently accepting information requests for the 2021 City of Monroe Citizens Academy. This is a an eight-week program starting on September 13 that will meet on Monday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to roughly 7:30 p.m. Each session will begin at City Hall. Space is limited.
