Membership Information

Updated MAFC Membership Category descriptions and rates go into effect in July 2025.

Monthly Membership Fee Payment

  • Monthly Bank Draft (Voided check or checking information on bank letterhead required): With this plan, MAFC automatically drafts your bank account on the 1st day of each month for the appropriate fees.
  • Annual Payment: If you prefer to make an annual payment, we will bill you each June for the following 12-month period.

The following documents must be provided at the time of joining:

  1. Proof of address (driver's license, bank statement, voided check or utility bill)
  2. Checking account information indicating both checking account number and routing number (voided check, bank statement or bank letterhead)

Membership Changes

As an MAFC member, you choose the length of your membership. By providing a 30-day notice and completing the appropriate forms found at the front desk, memberships may be canceled, frozen, or changed at any time.

  • Membership Changes: $5
    Addition or deletion of members to an existing membership
  • Membership Freeze: $10
    To freeze membership (PDF) for up 4 months

Certain exemptions may apply to these fees as determined by Monroe Aquatics and Fitness Center Management.

Corporate Memberships

  • Work to promote health and wellness in the workplace.
  • Increase workplace productivity and morale.
  • Motivate employees to keep a healthy lifestyle.

Corporate members receive 50% off the initial joining fee and 10% off monthly fees. Open a corporate account at no cost to the employer with only a minimum of 5 memberships! Contact Mary Blythe Chipman for details.
