When reaching out, be sure to include a brief description of your request and any important deadlines. Our Public Communications Office will coordinate with City leadership and staff to identify the most appropriate person to address the inquiry, and will help arrange interviews or contacts.
Public Records Requests
To request copies of official City documents, or information within them, please file an official records request through our NextRequest portal.
Public records requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Public records requests are typically fulfilled within four weeks of submission.
