The Payment Center is in the Customer Service building located at 201 E Windsor Street and is available to receive payments for utility and tax bills. Credit card payments may be accepted when paying online, by phone, or at the counter inside the Payment Center. Parking fines may be paid by cash or check. A customer with the account number or bill copy may utilize the drive-up window when paying by cash or check. There are no credit cards or rolled coins accepted at the window.
