   If you are interested in having a representative from the Monroe Science Center attend your community event, please complete this form. All requests must be made using this form. We reserve the right to decline participation in events.

   Monroe Science Center requires a minimum of 21 days advance notice to consider attending your event. 

   We will fulfill approved events participation on a first-come, first-served basis as staff availability allows. You will be notified via email of our decision and the next steps.

    1. Information Table: We provide a table with brochures and promotional items (if available) and at least one staff member to answer questions about the Monroe Science Center and its offerings.
    2. Educational Activity: In addition to an information table, we bring a hands-on activity, such as sensory tiles or blocks, for event guests to interact with. Activities may be customized to fit your event if time and staff allow. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.
    3. Speaker: A staff member will speak about the Monroe Science Center and its offerings at your event or meeting.
    4. Career Day: A Monroe Science Center staff member will visit your school's career day to talk about STEM or museum-related careers.
