   A Birthday Party includes:

   • 30 guests total (15 adults and 15 children, including the party family and birthday child)
   • All-day museum admission for party guests
   • One hour in a private party room
   • Assigned cart for loading/unloading and storing belongings 

   Cost: $275 plus tax 

   Extra guests will be at the full price of $10 plus tax at the door and will not be allowed in the party room.

   Parties must be booked at least two weeks prior to the requested date.

   Please note your reservation is not final until you receive a confirmation letter, required paper work is signed, and payment has been received.

33. Payment Policy

    Full payment is due at the time of party booking.

    Cancelations must be received at least two weeks prior to a party date for a refund. A $25 cancelation fee will be subtracted from the payment.

    Cancelations within two weeks of a party date will not be given a refund.

    Parties rescheduled within two weeks of a party date are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

    We currently take the following forms of payment: cash, all major credit cards, and checks.

    1. Requests must be received at least two weeks before your desired date.
    2. If your request is accepted, you must complete the user agreement no later than one week before the party date.
    3. Payments must be made at the time of booking and no later than one week before party date.
    4. Children cannot be dropped off without an adult to be responsible for them.
    5. The responsible person listed on the application must be present at the facility for the duration of the event.
    6. The responsible person listed on the application will be responsible for all invited guests and is expected to enforce museum rules.
