City Utilities to Operate on New Software System

Effective Feb. 6, 2023 City utilities will be operating on a new software system. The utility account numbers will be changed. This will affect payments made by credit card & electronic check. The new account numbers will be on the February bill. If you would like to make a payment by phone or online in the meantime, please contact Customer Service at 704-282-4500 to obtain the new utility account number.
