Effective March 1, 2016, a convenience fee of 2.5% or $2.00, whichever is greater, will be charged on all card transactions. A 65¢ flat rate fee applies to all eCheck transactions. The City of Monroe does not receive this fee. The total fee goes directly to a third party for using this service.

The City uses Click2Gov software which provides up to date information concerning your utility and tax accounts and offers payment options.
Your account number, personal identification number, or PIN, and an active email address are all you need for utility account access. If you need a PIN number for utility accounts please call customer service at 704-282-4511 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
