The City of Monroe cordially invites members of the public to a drop-in style reception honoring Mayor Marion Holloway, Council Member Lynn Keziah, and Council Member Freddie Gordon for their dedicated years of service from 3:30-6:30 p.m. on November 30, 2023 at the Dowd Center Theatre.
