Due to increased numbers staff members out due to illness, and to reduce the risk to additional staff and customers, the lobby of the City's Customer Service building will be closed to the public for the remainder of this week (Jan.18-Jan. 21). Despite the Lobby being closed, payments in all forms, cash, checks and credit cards, will be collected through the drive-thru.

For new service, customers can apply through email or contact customer service for further help. Customer service will work with collections when customers drop off their applications in thedrop box or drive-thru.  Collection representatives will tell them to  park and staff will call them and let them know what we are missing and What identification is necessary, then they will get back in line to pay their deposit.
