CITY OF MONROE AMENDED NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO CHANGE COMMITTEE NAME FROM DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION COMMITTEE TO OPEN CONVERSATION ON RACISM COMMITTEE
The Diversity and Inclusion Committee is now named the " Open Conversation on Racism Committee." The Open Conversation on Racism Committee will continue to hold a Special Meeting on August 7, 2020 at 10: 00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss planning protocol and to share information. The meeting will be conducted remotely following City Council' s adopted Electronic Meeting Rules. As the meeting will be conducted remotely, there will be no physical meeting to attend. However, in compliance with the City Council' s Rules for Electronic Meetings and Section 166A- 19.24 of the North Carolina General Statutes, the meeting will be available for public listening by telephone using the following:
