The Monroe City Council meeting at 6 p.m. on June 2 will be done virtually with council following their adopted electronic meeting rules. The meetings will, also be live-streamed on the city of Monroe YouTube channel at Monroe North Carolina Government -
The June 2 meeting will feature several public hearings. Residents wishing to to submit comments "for" or "against" these items can do so electronically by clicking on the link below and selecting the appropriate hearing from the drop down menu:
Residents must use these forms to be included in the official record. These comments will be shared with City Council prior to the meeting.
Individuals can also pick up these forms and drop them in the locked drop box at the front entrance of City Hall (300 West Crowell Street) to be included in the record. Public Hearing comments will be taken until 6 p.m. on June 3.
