Attention, Winchester Residents and Property Owners!
The City will conduct Phase 2 of the neighborhood walk on July 24 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (weather permitting). We invite you to participate in this walk with City leaders and City staff to identify concerns you may have. Please see the Phase 2 map attached below. We will start and end at the Bazemore Center.
