City of Monroe Launches Pilot Paid Parking Program

City of Monroe News Posted on October 14, 2024

The City of Monroe is launching a Pilot Paid Parking Program to offer residents and businesses an opportunity to purchase up to two parking spaces in a permitted lot with premier access and convenience to Downtown.

The program establishes the City-owned parking lot located at the intersection of N. Hayne Street and E. Crowell Street as a paid permitted lot.

The purpose is to provide businesses, building owners, and employees with a designated parking space for a fee to assess the demand and interest of paid parking spaces in the Downtown area.
