The City of Monroe is excited to celebrate Halloween this year with several opportunites for residents to enjoy safe, family-friendly events.
The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department hosted Halloween Happenings in Downtown Monroe over the weekend which saw a great turnout!
"We ran out of nearly 10,000 pieces of candy and toys, and we had the most gorgeous weather. We truly could not have asked for anything better during this event," said Rae Moore, Athletics/Special Events Supervisor.
