The Mission of the City Manager is to be responsible for the administration of City government and implement policies and programs as directed by City Council.

The City Manager, along with our Management Team, are steadfast in their commitment to provide results-oriented, practical, and creative approaches when implementing the Council’s initiatives and their vision for the City of Monroe.

As a result, there has been a successful transformation of City government into a more streamlined and cost-efficient operation that benefits the citizens of Monroe in numerous ways.
