Minimum Qualifications:

18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous training or experience in firefighting is preferred but not required.
Valid North Carolina driver's license
Good moral character
30 mile residency requirement from main station

Job Positions:

Work Schedule:

24 hours (1 day) on duty and 48 hours (2 days) off - modified with a 4 day weekend every third week
9 paid holidays
Rotating schedule that includes working weekends, holidays, and nights
